Colombia`s transition to peace and over 10 years as one of the first pioneers of the Inclusive Business movement, make the country a perfect framework at this moment in time for more companies to develop and scale inclusive business models that contribute to the sustainable development of Colombia.

The report describes the current state of inclusive business in Colombia, identifies four economic sectors with the greatest potential for impact –food and agribusiness, infrastructure, health and financial services – and provides businesses, government, development organizations and academia with recommendations on how to promote, scale and replicate inclusive business in the country.

The Colombian report is the third in BctA’s country-focused series of inclusive business publications, with the previous two editions focusing on inclusive business in Kenya and the Philippines.
