As companies accelerate their transition to net-zero emissions, they often overlook a strategic decarbonization lever: the real estate portfolios they own, lease or occupy.

We are working with our members to strengthen the business case for retrofitting and accelerate the transition to more sustainable buildings. To address the specific challenges faced across different asset types, we are convening three dedicated  working groups: data centers, offices & retail, and  manufacturing facilities & logistics centers. These  groups bring together corporate real estate owners and solution providers to identify asset-specific  barriers, share practical insights, and develop robust investment cases. We invite  companies interested in accelerating retrofitting  across their real estate portfolios to join these working groups and contribute to shaping practical pathways for action.
