Soft Commodities Forum, September 2023 update

Welcome to the second edition of the  Soft Commodities Forum newsletter, a quarterly update on SCF progress. This issue, entitled  “Stories from the Field,” features three articles that outline the work and perspectives of producers and partners of the  Farmer First Clusters, our ongoing landscape financing effort. 

We believe that the views of those closest to the field, including producers and field NGOs, must be factored into SCF decision-making. 

As we prepare to release our first annual progress report in November, we invite you to read about how financial incentives can help decrease deforestation and conversion rates in the Cerrado.
