Closed Roundtable (by invitation only)

Nature4Climate

Nature Hub @ LCAW, ZSL London Zoo (Prince Albert Suite) Outer Cir, London NW1 4RY

Thursday, 25 June 2026

13:15–14:45 (90 minutes)

Following the plenary, we will convene a small group of senior leaders from corporates, financial institutions, governments and technical organisations for a practical, implementation focused discussion.

The session will focus on how companies and financial actors can work together to activate landscape‑level approaches that both protect forests and strengthen supply chain resilience. In particular, the roundtable will:

  • Explore what companies can do now within sourcing landscapes to reduce deforestation and nature risk
  • Test which financing mechanisms and partnership models are credible and scalable
  • Examine how landscape approaches can support regulatory compliance, supply security, and resilience
  • Identify practical actions in the next 12 months to unlock investment and engagement

Discussions will be structured around small table dialogues (c. 6–8 participants) combining corporate, finance, and jurisdictional perspectives, with a focus on real‑world experience and investability.

Why this matters

This roundtable is designed as a direct follow‑on to the plenary — moving from “what needs to happen” to “what companies and investors can actually do next.”

Insights will directly inform key global processes currently shaping delivery towards 2030, including:

  • The COP30 Deforestation Roadmap
  • The FCLP Scaling J‑REDD+ Coalition White Paper and Private Finance Working Group
  • The Finance for Resilient Landscapes Programme
  • WBCSD’s Financing Nature‑based Solutions workstream

As this is a closed roundtable, places are limited to ensure a high‑quality, solution‑oriented discussion. We are therefore limiting attendance to one representative per organisation, with places allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
