Fair Recruitment in Practice
Fair Recruitment in Practice is a free, interactive e-learning course designed to help companies and service providers strengthen their recruitment practices for migrant workers, developed in collaboration with VINCI.
Through seven interactive modules – taking approximately 30 minutes to complete – the course offers practical guidance and tools to improve recruitment processes and safeguard workers’ rights. As an open-source resource, it also supports companies in engaging suppliers, service providers, subcontractors, and other supply chain actors.
