Fair Recruitment in Practice is an interactive e-learning course designed to help companies and service providers strengthen their recruitment practices for migrant workers, developed in collaboration with VINCI.
Through seven interactive modules—taking approximately 30 minutes to complete—the course offers practical guidance and tools to improve recruitment processes and safeguard workers’ rights. As an open-source resource, it also supports companies in engaging suppliers, service providers, subcontractors, and other supply chain actors.
