Women have a critical role to play in the success and sustainability of business, in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5 which aims to empower all women and girls by 2030.
The WBCSD LEAP Program, in partnership with Yale University and ESADE Business School, is designed to open horizons and raise awareness among business to rethink our systems in which we operate. Female Executives from WBCSD member companies are eligible to participate in the LEAP Program.
LEAP is a one-year sustainability training program designed to help women reach senior positions in their companies while ensuring that sustainability is embedded in their leadership and included in their company strategy. Participants take part in a three-week training, coaching activities, and cross-mentorship with C-suite executives of participating companies. Participants who complete the program will receive diplomas from the Yale School of Management and ESADE Business School.
