Hiring Process

Application Submission
Apply to the position through our career page.

Resume screening
The recruiter responsible for the role along with the hiring manager review applications to match skills and experience with the job requirements. Shortlisted candidates are contacted for the next steps.

Screening Interview
This is an initial introductory call with the recruiter with general questions for us to get to know each other better and to introduce the organization and position to you.

Interview Rounds
Depending on the role, there will be 2 or 3 rounds of interviews. It involves skill set interview, competency - based interview etc. Some roles also include an assessment or case study will be part of the process as well.

Offer & Onboarding
The selected candidate(s) will receive an offer. Once accepted, onboarding details are shared including the first day expectations.
