Budapest, 9 July 2018: Thirty-seven talented young leaders from BCSD Hungary member companies are halfway through the fifth year of our Future Leaders Talent Program. The aim of the program is to provide  examples of a responsible and sustainable managerial approach to participants, and give them the opportunity to enhance the experience of member companies.

The opening ceremony was hosted by BASF in January, while topics around sustainability and strategic approaches thereto were discussed at Dreher Breweries. Responsible management was taught at METRO, ethical operations at Telenor, while Grundfos was responsible for the topic of respect for human values, and Essity for environmental responsibility.

These successful professional development days will continue with the topic of partnership with stakeholders, transparent operations and one day to enhance the acquired knowledge at McDonald's, Richter and Budapest Airport.

Participants have started working on this year's project work in teams, the results of which will be presented at BCSD Hungary’s Business Lunch on October 18.
