Geneva, 11 December: Sight & Life magazine, a recognized nutrition bi-annual publication, presents FReSH’s work in their latest issue, published today, focusing on the outcomes of FReSH’s first Science to Solutions Dialogue (SSD), Putting Food in Food..

This first SSD brought together business scientists, academic scientists and civil society to dialogue about three challenges within the food system: how to improve the nutritional content and environmental sustainability of processed foods; how can processing and packaging avoid food loss and waste; and how do to bring the consumer along.

The article presents the emerging solutions space for processed and packaged food and insists that all food produced and consumed should be good for people and the planet. Read the full article here (p.108).
