This statement, signed by the Chairmen and CEO's of 11 leading financial services companies, was released at the World Summit in recognition that the financial sector has an important role to play in advancing the world towards sustainability.
This report, presented at the Johannesburg World Summit on Sustainable Development, is a joint statement of our financial sector members that calls on their industry to embrace sustainable development as a mutually beneficial concept. It briefly outlines the strategy of the project members to find the best way to adopt these principles.
