We partner with the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, the Center for Business and the Environment and the Yale School of Management to promote collaboration between scholars and business leaders to address sustainability opportunities and challenges.

The partnership enables students to engage with business leaders—particularly across the Global Network for Advanced Management—with the aim of inspiring management practices that better address the business challenges of the 21st century.

The Business and Sustainability Program Online is an online course from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. It is designed to help build a common understanding of sustainability within organizations at scale.

It helps managers identify areas of personal and professional relevance by connecting global sustainability trends to effective business responses and actions within their sphere of influence.

A free trial is available; our members and Global Network partners are entitled to a discount.

We are collaborating with Lancaster University’s Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business to help businesses scale up solutions to sustainability, understand risks, and challenge the status quo. Committed to management education, this education partnership engages students and staff with business leaders across our network. Since the climate change conference in Paris in 2015, Lancaster students have worked as session hosts at the our annual events, with the overarching ambition to educate and to inspire career ambitions and future management practices. Professor-in-residence Gail Whiteman leads the Pentland Centre. Lancaster University, Santander UK, and crowdsourcing initiatives have previously sponsored student participation in part.
